Protect Freedom PAC Congratulates Matt Gurtler on Advancing to Runoff in GA-09

Athens, GA - Protect Freedom PAC, an independent organization dedicated to supporting pro-liberty and freedom-minded candidates, congratulates their endorsed candidate, Matt Gurtler, on advancing to the August runoff election in GA-09. Gurtler received the most votes in yesterday's election.
Protect Freedom PAC was proud to endorse Gurtler in March and to support his candidacy with multiple significant expenditures.
Protect Freedom PAC has more than $1.7 million cash on hand and is planning independent expenditure campaigns totaling $5 million for the 2020 election cycle, including in support of endorsed candidates in Republican primaries.
Protect Freedom PAC spokesman Michael Biundo stated:
"Congratulations to Matt Gurtler on his strong finish in the GA-09 primary. As he heads into the runoff as the top vote getter, our organization will continue to fight to ensure he wins the Republican nomination and becomes the next congressman from the district."
Protect Freedom PAC endorsed and supported candidates for statewide and federal office in a half dozen states in 2018 and looks to expand its reach for the 2020 cycle. The organization was founded by a team of veterans of the Donald Trump, Ron Paul, and Rand Paul campaigns for President.
